At this stage, the UL is functioning as expected. Now test the direct Universal Link with an Adjust Tracker appended. When you test the below across a fresh device, you should see an install attributed to the tracker being used for testing.

This means UL has not yet been implemented correctly. Below are the 4 most common mistakes that clients make when creating the Universal Link. Please check all following points, once adjustments have been made, start from the top.

• Team ID differs from App Prefix and entered for the Team ID.

• App bundle has been set up in differently in the the dashboard to the one you are using when using debug version of the app.

• Associated domains not properly set up in developer portal / Xcode. Ask the client to share a screenshot of the associated domains

• Testing Universal links on iOS 8 and lower, where it's not supposed to work

This means the adj.st button on the right hand top corner in the status bar has been pressed and it has broken universal linking on that device. To fix this you need to make sure that you have the app installed on the device. Go to your test website and click on the 'open' button on the banner or long key press on the link, it will give you an option to open in app "app name". Click on that and the deeplinking will be fixed.

• Prior to testing doublecheck the inactive window
• Click on the Universal Link with Adjust Tracker
